Arizona Diamondbacks' left fielder Osvaldo Johnson took home the inaugural home run derby in The Bigs today with a an eye opening performance. Johnson bested New York's King Winn in the final round with 11 homeruns to bring his derby homerun total to 35. Johnson also took the honor of blasting the furthest homerun in the derby when he sent one an estimated 527 feet down the right field line. Johnson comes into the All-Star break with 36 homeruns on the season. |
